What a lovely hotel, really accommodating friendly staff, comfortable clean room, great careline that will supply free of charge essentials, fantastic breakfast, will go back.
This hotel is in a nice quiet area of London, large rooms, good service, great buffet breakfast will definitely stay again. Tesco express across the road useful.
Good room, great breakfast. Near over ground station. Good staff. Enjoyed stay.
Can`t fault it in any way. Great
While we only had an overnight stay, all facilities and staff were excellent.
Overall we had a good stay. Hotel room was a bit noisy not sure if it was the hearing or AC and also you have to leave a deposit in order to get room service which was inconvenient as we couldn`t pay on check out. Staff we very friendly and helpful.
Reasonably g
Rooms clean, fresh, breakfast really tasty and substantial, could keep going back for more!
Very good hotel, excellent breakfast, light airy room and pretty quiet for London, would stay again.
The room was comfortable. clean and the staff excellent, helpful, very polite and efficient. Imperial wharf London Overground station is 1 minute away which for us suited us perfectly. We would most definitely stay again
Dinner menu could be expandedEverything else was very good. We would stay again
gooinn hotelsd hotel great beds enjoy staying at all jurys inn hotels
Enjoyed our stay in London and thrilled with choice of hotel. It was so convenient to train and tube station. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends. Super breakfast.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel location was close to buses and trains. We will definitely be staying in this hotel again.
Nice area with small market across the street, and train station 1 block away. Restaurant was not great, but easy to get to other good spots.
No real faults .Room fine and clean.Breakfast good.Front desk staff helpful.
Staff are very serviceable and friendly. Good bar, restaurant and the rooms are very clean. Hotel location is just great; the train station is barely two minutes away.
This hotel is in a good location for getting into the city. There is a choice of overground rail and underground, we used a mix of both. The hotel is easily accessible, the room clean and not too small. The breakfast we had included in the room price, was plentiful and filling - good value for money. We will go back.
I don`t usually sleep well in hotels, but I did the two nights I spent here. Very comfortable modern hotel. Unlike other reveiws I found the location to be very good. Imperial Wharf station is only a few years away and its 10 minutes to Shepherds Bush (Westfield) and only another 15 to the West End on the circle line. The location is good, quiet at the moment but is a huge expensive development for leisure, business and residential so it won`t be for long. A handy Tesco express is on the way to the station - very handy. We found the hotel restaurant meals to be good and not badly priced.he staff were friendly and helpful. The oly downside was the breakfast which was only average and for us the room was slightly too warm
We used the hotel to watch a Chelsea game at Stamford bridge and the location was spot onHotel nice and clean, room good, and breakfast was niceIt was a bit noisy at night but overall a good hotel and good value for money
Hotel was clean and a nice part of chelsea,my only probelm was people running up and down corrider,in early hours,so broken sleep most of night.
A very comfortable and friendly hotel. Breakfast excellent wth a very good range of food. Would go back there anytime. A lovely anniversary treat for our 28th anniversary. Thank you very much.
Definitely would stay here again
Set in a lovely area away from the hustle and bustle of central London. easy access to the Kings road.Friendly helpful staff and a spacious room couldn`t have asked for better
Very clean with excellent breakfast
Just what you needed for a night stay, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and pleasant. We did find the dresser lamps bulb out which made the dresser not so well lit. But obviously this I`d imagine isn`t a common occurrence. I`d also mention that the nearest underground line is a 10 minute bus trip away. Perhaps we missed this when booking the hotel, but found this wasn`t as convenient a location as we first thought. That being said the bus was very frequent and the trip short, it was more just the additional expense in travelling.
Delightful room but strange wind noise on the last night - sounded like a jet taking off every few minutes! Bed very very comfortable, room delightful, bathroom smashing, food great. Highly recommend.
Excellent location for our needs. Breakfasts a must, you won`t be disappointed. All the staff were very friendly + nothing too much trouble. Pedro in the restaurant was exceptional, he went out if his way to make sure we were happy+ well looked after and the bar staff were fantastic. We have stayed here before + would do again. The room this time was on the small side and the TV set to a maximum volume which if you are hard of hearing you wouldn`t be able to hear, we struggled.
The xxxxxions for the hotel could have been better, we were told to take the tube to Earls court and then a bus, with no mention of the overground railway two minutes from the hotel. it was so easy to travel to shephers bush and then take the underground into central london.
