Actual room and facilities are really nice but the room location (6th floor), involved 2 lifts to get there and our room was xxxxxly below the gym. Quite a bit of noise from the station opposite but in terms of location this hotel is perfect- we managed to walk just about eveywhere & would recommend to others.

Public rooms very nice, however bedroom below average for price paid. Room key would not work on every occasion we tried to enter our room The Grosvenor pub closed, 2 G&Ts and 2 brandy and coke £38 in the cocktail bar!!

We have just stayed at The Grosvenor Hotel, it is a beautiful hotel, very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us with xxxxxions to various sites and the bus tours. We will definitely book in here on our next trip to London.

Very good hotel and well situated for main attractions.

The hotel itself was beautiful with really friendly helpfull staff we were on the 7th floor the view was amazing. I also received room service that I had not ordered as it was my 30th birthday the manager sent me a bottle of red wine and a peice of cake decorated with happy birthday and a little note wishing me a happy birthday. It was such a lovely gesture which made the whole weekend more magical. I will be returning to this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Lovely, clean room. Helpful staff. Great location. And surprisingly quiet for such a central location.Will go back there again.

The hotel was lovely, lots of places to eat within the hotel, easy access to Victoria station and buses for sightseeing. Will be booking again next year for my grandaughter`s 21st birthday.

The Grovener was a lovely hotel, loved the food, the staff was polite and friendly.

Good location next to Victoria train station, room was small but to a good standard.

Classy and special

Hotels is in a great location easy to access the show, Buckingham palace and other attraction all the staff are very helpful.

We bought a rail/hotel special offer and stayed in one of the cheaper wing rooms which was quite small but very comfortable. The hotel location was brilliant and there is even an entrance to the hotel from Victoria station concourse, but there was no noise in the room even though we were right next to the station We had lunch in the Grosvenor Arms which was very good and dinner at the Grand Inperial which was excellent. I would highly recommend a visit. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, even printig off a map for me to find the location of my meeting. We would definitely stay here again.

I try to bring my mum to stay at the grosvenor every year as she loves it so much (she is 85) we were given a lovely room and loved our stay. Thank you very much.

Beautiful hotel, adequate room for stay.Continental breakfast in room was poor, did not expect to receive a slice of luncheon meat or processed ham and chicken from the Grosvenor hotel! Had the waiter back 3 times before they got the order right

From the outset the hotel looked amazing the bar at the top of the stairs is very good. The room was smaller than expected but having said this considering the room is backed on to Victoria station it was amazingly quiet. Staff were very helpful and professional like you would expect with a hotel in sw1 area overall very impressed.

Luxury hotel and brought complimentary wine & goodies for 70th birthday. Excellent staff, decor and breakfast . Room too hot and not huge but we`ll appointed.

There were many problems with our room. It was only set up for one person despite being a twin room. One bedside table.tv in position only on person could watch it. Tea and coffee only one biscuit.The shower ran hot and cold. We spent 2 night with very little sleep as our room was xxxxxly above the train station and Windows were only single glazed. I also had a bad back after trying to sleep in the beds as I could feel the springs.There was also a dirty napkin left on window in the corridor for the whole duration of our stay. House keeping needed a t little more attention to detail.Reception staff very slow. Long question for check in. Not well informed of hotel facilities either.Overall I won`t be returning.

Hotel very comfortable, excellent location with friendly professional staff. Bar food was lovely and good value for money. We would definitely stay again.

The Grosvenor Hotel is a very large hotel and we were in a room in the wing on the 6th floor. The room was extremely pokie and the wall with wardrobes protrude making access a squeeze. There was one packet of biscuits and a few milk and tea but not what we have expected from a hotel of this calibre. Also in the bathroom bit tight on the shower gel etc with just one of each put out. The room was basic and sufficient for an over night stay but would not consider going here again.

Hotel staff friendly and efficient. Room clean and OK for overnight stay. Bed comfy. Bit of noise from station tannoy but not too much of an issue.

Stayed for my 40th birthday. Loved the birthday cake left in our room! Was a little disappointed that the wine my husband was told would be brought to the room, never materialised. Didn`t dampen our weekend though! Thank you so much xxx

Really welcoming and great staff and the hotel is very grand and beautiful it`s the most comfortable bed I`ve ever stayed in too.

City break

Hotel is very clean and staff very nice. It is however unusual for a 4 star hotel not to offer a morning paper, provide just one bottle of still and one bottle of sparkling water in the mini bar and one packet of biscuits between two of us!! Probably wouldn`t stay again for the money.
