They are very courteous and the rooms are especially beautiful, very clean high standard, beds are very comfortable and the whole experience was a delight thank you Grosvenor Hotel for a brilliant experience. Highly recommended.
Got given a room and when we opened the door it was being decorated. Upgraded to a deluxe room. However TV was not bright enough and could not be adjusted. The window was very high and faced the Main Street which was very light at night. The left hand curtain was broken and would not close letting light in all night. I don`t think the receptionist understood when I explained in the morning. Bit disappointed actually.
Kept having problems finding our room.
Has to be one of the nicest hotels I`ve stayed in. Very clean, staff very polite and helpful. I will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone!!
Oh where to start ..amazing hotel ..excellent staff ..beautiful ,comfortable rooms ..cocktails were fantastic ..we will be back an absolutely oppulent ,indulgent and amazing experience !! Best hotel i`ve stayed at so far !!
Lovely decor, food was too expensive but staff were helpful held our bags after checkout and let us use the toilet upon collection.
Room comfortable. Friendly staff and a good standard of food.
Stay spoilt by the fact that our 16 year old granddaughter was refused admission into the Reunion Bar even though she was part of an accompanying group of adults, including her mother, aunty and grandmother...which obviously then prevented the rest of the group (who were all guests of the hotel) from entering the bar. The group were told that she had to be over 18 to enter the bar (policy of the hotel) regardless of the fact that she wasn`t going to be drinking alcohol. The ridiculous thing was that the group were allowed in to another area of the hotel where alcohol was being sold. When mentioned at the front desk during booking out the receptionist was not aware of this strict hotel policy that prevented this particular group of guests from enjoying an evening in the Reunion Bar.
This hotel was centrally located, beautifully designed by keeping nearly all of its classic features ehilst the rooms were fitted with modern decor and gadgets. We stayed in a double delux room and it was very spacious thanks to the wonderful high dealings. The room we stayed in was free from outside noise (despite being on top of Victoria rail station) and the conceiege service were brilliant, they allowed us to check in at 10am even though it wasn`t supposed to be until 3pm and then on the second day they allowed us to leave our bags there after checking out whilst we took in the sights of London. This hotel comes highly recommended
1st class. Staff were loverly and the room excellent
Absalutely beautiful hotel, rooms are spotless clean lovely comftable beds. Hotel staff are lovely and polite would defenately stay here again. 10 out 10
Nicest hotels I have stayed in and really good service
Great hotel that lives up to its reputation.
Had a night at the Grosvenor. We expected more. The TV didn`t work properly in the room and the shower was cold. We ordered room service and some of it was missing when it arrived and the breakfast in the morning which was over £40 for two people was a buffet with a distinct lack of choice. The staff were so busy they seemed disinterested. Great location and clean room though which was pleasant.
Excellent. Very surprised with a free up grade on arrival. Worth every penny especially breakfast.
Only used the room no other services but the room was comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Could not fault it.
Second stay at the Grosvenor in the last 6 months. Becoming a favourite place to stay.
Really comfortable beds . I had a great night sleep. Grand entrance hall and gorgeous Christmas tree. Welcoming staff and even though there was a big group checking in when we arrived they managed to check us in really quickly. It is confusing finding our room as were in a wing and got lost a couple of times. Wonderful location really close the the palace and park. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Hotel was fab apart from the tv which had a really bad reception...Staff excellent friendly and helpful....brilliant location for the theater and a reasonable;e price for London
The hotel went above and beyond to help. They upgraded our room as it was my daughters birthday and even delivered a cake to the room with a message. Check in was supposed to be 15:00 however we arrived at 09:00 and the room was ready for us. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was beautiful. The bed was huge and very comfortable!!! I will definitely return to this hotel, thank you for a wonderful weekend and making it so special for my daughter.
A great stay thank you, we`ll definitely come back.
Very high standard hotel but room a little small as the wardrobe doors interfered with the bathroom door. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
The room was on a high floor and a walk into the wing was required
Highly welcoming with a full understanding of customer requirements. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, excellent room. Perfect venue for London attractions. Very relaxing stay.
Spotlessly clean room, lively comfy bed and kitted out with all you would need. Beautiful hotel.
Receptionists very helpful and pleasant especially when I asked if it would be possible for my Dad to check in earlier than 3pm as he is elderly and wasn`t feeling well after the flight. The receptionist at the desk phoned the housekeeper to ask if the room could be made ready as a priority.
Excellent hotel, first class service, good location, service and food in restaurant very good. The ambience, facilities and style makes it very pleasurable to check in and stay in!!!
The Grosvenor is ideally located right next door to Victoria train station. Very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Our room was in one of the wings, very nice twin room although quite small , ideal for a one night stay but if I were staying longer I would have preferred a slightly larger room. The hotel was quiet considering it over looked the railway station. I would definitely stay there again.
Took my daughter for 1 night hotel and theatre break for her 18th birthday and we had a lovely time. Beautiful hotel, very grand and luxurious. Champagne /cocktail bar was fabulous. Room was a little small and not much room to move about when getting ready to go out but facilities were good. Would definitely stay again.
Felt very welcome, friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful environment. Friend said she felt like a princess. Very well located for the Apollo Theatre.
V clean and friendly staff.could not do enough for use
